Abiding Savior is a warm, welcoming community serving the North Tonawanda neighborhood for decades. As a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), we are deeply rooted in tradition but focused on the future. Our church centers on God’s grace, thoughtful faith, and extending an inclusive welcome for all.

Our services combine cherished traditions with contemporary music. Pastor Meghan leads our worship, delivering messages that connect meaningfully to everyday life. Beyond worship, we love spending time together over coffee and a light meal.

Pastor Meghan James has served as our pastor since 2023, bringing passion and authenticity to her ministry. She delivers messages that connect Scripture meaningfully to our everyday lives.

She is available for office hours on Thursdays from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM. Whether you need a listening ear, prayer, or just want to grab a cup of coffee, she is here for you.
Note: We are proud ministry partners with St. Martin Lutheran Church. Pastor Meghan shares her time between our two congregations, allowing us to serve our community together.

Where to Find Us
We are located at 1534 Ruie Rd, North Tonawanda, NY 14120, with a large, accessible parking lot right on site. Once here, we are fully handicapped accessible, with an elevator/lift available for anyone hesitant to use the stairs.
Service Times
Worship begins at 11:00 AM every Sunday and includes weekly communion. Everyone is welcome to participate in communion here, whether you are a member or not.
What to Expect
Come as you are! We are a welcoming congregation where "comfy clothes" are encouraged. Whether you prefer jeans or your "Sunday best," you will fit right in.
Kids & Families
We love having families worship together! The murmurs of little voices bring life, but we also have an area just off our balcony where little ones can chill and parents can still hear. We also have a full nursery downstairs.
